Anyone know how modernbill drams etc are offering them? We have an etp directly with enom with $6.95 pricing we also have 8k+ funds inside and the lowest we can offer is $8.95

I think they have a special deal with enom. Have you spoken to them (enom) about this at all.

Or they were created before enom changed their policy about a year ago. I think many ETP's created tons of "empty" reseller accounts for $6.95 and $7.95 before enom instituted their policy of not allowing an ETP to create a reseller account below $8.95. These accounts were grandfathered in at the time of the change. I don't know if this is what ModernBill has done, but it's a possibility.

ModernBill and Drams create new accounts for clients when they sign up with their services.

These are not premade accounts.

They have a special contract with enom to allow them to create such accounts.

You must understand that both these companies have over 1,000 resellers each and are growing every day.

This is one reason why ENOM allows them to have this ability and also because they both make software which makes it easier for people to use the API (thus giving enom more resellers).

This is the official word

Thank you for getting back to me with your questions. The sub accounts you
are talking about are accounts that were created before we set our pricing
restrictions. Enom felt the need to make the changes due to abuse of the
sub accounts. The lowest rate now you can set is $8.95 for sub account
pricing. Thank you!

That sounds like BS to me. I am 99% sure that the accounts are being created when they are ordered and not before.

The accounts are being created new, I think they must have some kind of a special deal, that for instance they are not abusing the accounts and are not selling them but they are only giving it to their own clients for FREE.

100% sure they have special deal, because i got some of them after enom had setup the limit.

drams and modernbil are creating so much accounts and this could be the reason.
