Cpanel is TRADEMARK.

I may be wrong, but I think that having a trademark in a domain name does not necessarily mean that the trademarkee would win the name in a legal process.

Example: www.heartlandhonda.com (or maybe that's just becaues they're an authorized dealer)

Am I wrong?
