Hello,
I'm a senior in high school who got into HTML and started a web design business about four years ago.
Since then, after a "mildly successful" experience, I got into web hosting (starting with a reseller account and then expanding to an ensim-based dedicated server) a "more successful" experience.
As of today, I've completed ~ 20 websites (mostly unpaid) and I'm currently servicing 88 active, fairly satisified, hosting customers.
The Culminating Project at high school requires that I work closely with a "Community Mentor" that has expertise in an area of my choice.
Naturally, I'm looking for a "mentor" with design/hosting expertise who is willing to volunteer to work with me over the Internet. Perhaps you, as the mentor, could help me further my exposure to this industry, giving me some guidance on how I can improve my development, business, etc maybe? Additionally, I also look forward to working with you on some projects that you're doing to "broaden my exposure" to the field.
Anyway, it will hopefully turn out to be a mutually beneficial experience.
Questions? Interest? Please email me from the profile.
