What is everyones opinion on what kind of VPS software to install on my VPS server? Here are my choices:

FreeVPS http://freevps.com
Virtuozzo http://virtuozzo.com
UML: http://user-mode-linux.sourceforge.net/

I've heard that the open source VPS software runs slower than virtuozzo or any others that must be paid for.

As of right now i'm inclined to use FreeVPS because i've had such good luck with HSPhere and all of Psoft's products.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated!

I would recommend UML. The reasons I say this is that FreeVPS looks to be based on vserver which has some limitations. Now HSPhere might of over come these I'm not 100% sure. However UML does run well, although admitally slowed that HSPhere

I've never used Virtuozzo but its not cheap
