What is the Best Hosting Site for mysQl and php?
Like if I wanted to host a forum? like lycos, Anything? No Banners etc. Something that will host a forum?

If you're from Australia I don't think you are able to get the free hosting from 1&1. It's a promotion aimed toward the North American market.

I haven't seen anyone from austrlia giving free webhosting out, if you want a reliable host go and pay a bit of money a year i know in aus there are quite a few hosts

My problem with hosting vBulletin forums for free is they are most likely pirated.

If you can afford 80 dollars or 160 dollars for a forum script, buy hosting.

I dont care if its not in Australia, I just want a free host that is up most of the time, goes down 2 ever 2 years, and it supports php, mysQl and FTP and its FREE. and Can make forums, like vB

you are asking for alot of things for free, not many places will provide that without a linkback and a few other things
