What do people make meta tag generators with? because I want to make one for my site!

generally a pen and paper...then notepad and a keyboard!! :D :D

well the way things have become I am going back and redoing most tags now to be just a few key words and increasing pages instead.
so I just use an editor and pick out a few words to use for each page
I used to use a good program will look it up later going to bed
going diving tomorow ;)
