Is it possible to have cPanel, or any other control panel for that matter, use different skeleton directories?

For example I currently have 5 different skeleton directories that I use, but in order to change the one that I want installed in any given situation I have to change the folder name to cpanel3-skel and then remember to rename the folder again so that I know what it is.

I would like to be able to have different skeleton directories for different plans. Is this possible in cPanel? Is there a control panel out there that can do this?

Each different reseller account can have a different skeleton directory. You could create a reseller account for each different plan, then use that reseller account to create the plan. Which will give you the ability to use different skeleton directories for each plan.
