First I hope you understand that these are only my opinions, impressions I have in my search of a good provider. I you think i'm wrong I'll be happy to hear it from you. Now let's go:

1.- Unitedhosting. Nice site and good support. It was 1st time i see the Ensim control panel and I liked it. But I'm lookig for Cpnel/WHM. I think 3GB for 30 domains it's a hard limit taking in mind my future customers. Their charges per excess are low. Don't give much information about the company. I think it's a must but I believe I can trust them.

2.- hostalia.com. Spanish company, so support in my own language. 30$ for 250MB of space is a little bit high. The other specs are very limited too. Don't like.

3.- citadelhost. A simple but effective site with very good prices (even too good) and good specs. Don't have forums to test customers satisfaction. Don't give big info, but have a good reputation.Though they back-up daily to a 2nd drive their are planing to make it off-line with less frecuency. Very good to me.

4.- noc24.com. Sorry, but I Don't trust them. Their site seems to give more information than, in fact, they provide. Their answer to questions was fast but wasn't correct. Too low prices. Their customers doen't look to be very happy with some features. If I could trust them they would be high in my list.

5.- httpme. Well... Like their site, cause you see the support at first sight, excelent reputation and satisfied customers. Their prices are slightly high with the new domain limits. Good uptime stats. BUT they don't give shared-SSL. I understand their explanation but for me would me enough, at the moment, work with it and don't want to spend in my own certificate. They are high in my list.

6.- rochen. They were the only company who don't reply my question. After seeing good reviews here I espected something more. With good prices in plans but extras are really expensive (5,50$ from 100MB of sp. xcss) They have a great forums. So I'll maintain them in the reserve.

7.- Alabanza. Unreal.

8.- resellershosting.net.(techark) I think their site could be better. The best answer to my questions. They look really nice and responsive. Their stats (uptime) are great. Have a little plan very apropriate to begin. My biggest concern is their low populate forums. They are one of my best options.

9.- hostexpress.com. Nice site. Expensive, a little inflexible. No forums. Don't like.

10.- vshosting.net. The design is a little bit inconsistent (not all parts have the same) but nice. Good price and reputation. But their forums are restricted (as others here). So you don't see the real thing. They also have a little reseller plan to begin. Don't show stats. And athlon servers doesn't macht other Dual Xeons. They are high in my list too, but only to try. If I were more xpert with big demand of resources probably I don't choose them. But I'm almost a newbie. :)

11.- fastezhosting. They have to change their site as soon as possible. I told why in another post. But it's nice. They have forums but have very low activity. Good price, but they say they use Celerons. Resources limits could a problem with them.

12.- resellerstoday. Don't like their site. Good price and specs. The extras are a little bit expensive. No stats, no forums but they promote their customers. Allow you to use up to 20 % of system resources. Quite high. Their biggest plan is 2000 MB of space and 20GB of trandfer. After that you pay 20$/GB space and 2$/GB transf. Too high.

... I'll tell you more another day...

Nice list and mini-reviews, I would suggest considering these resellers as well:

CredibleHost.com (http://www.crediblehost.com/rhosting.htm)

dathorn.com (http://www.dathorn.com/hostingplans.php)

BlueWho.com (http://www.bluewho.com/plans.html)

clook.net (http://www.clook.net/services/resellers.php)

Idologic.com (http://www.idologic.com/reseller.html)

You are forgetting other 'old-hands' such as Splash Host and VO if you are wanting a 'complete' review too.

neutralweb, clook, dathorn, bluewho, iguanahosting, spiralhost, hostgiga, hostnexus, radicalcv, e3servers,midphase, hostrod, hostgator,kualo.... I know... I left a lot. But there are literally hundreds of providers...!!!

At this moment I have a lot of little post-its with notesabout a all these and more, I haven't time at this moment to pass them to you... I thought on scan them... But they are in Spanish... so it would be useless.

This is an english forum, so I think it's not approppriate to write in other language... though my english level is not the best, I know ...

Well, let's see... I told Alabanza was unreal because their prices are quite expensive (out of the maket) and they take a lot of effort in told you wonderfull they are offering exactly the same as their competitors... I only made a little question... and they send me 4 mails (without the response) and send no less than 20 (twenty!) atached files with general info about their plans, company and what-they-think-is-the-market. So...

let me add this,
Dont be fooled by my post limit and status as newbie.. Ive been in the web industry since 1996 designing and programming and I have had numerous host. I didnt start hosting until later in life myself but I can offer some very good points as well as many other people here can.

First, dont judge by web site design or even the text on the site so much. I have my 2 best accounts ( and by best I mean price and support) with 2 companies that have bland websites.
Dathorn and VsHosting.net
I hope Andrew and Mark dont take offense as everyone has their own taste, but these sites arent flashy or even updated that much.

However, I have been hosting with dathorn for well over year and have never had a host respond with the speed and honesty for such a low price as Andrew. My server has hardly been down any.

Mark at Vshosting was able to get me on board with his company with a special he just had and I moved my main site to him as Dathorn is enabling phpsuexec and my main site wouldnt like that. I still have accounts at dathorn though and plan to use them still, but Mark answered all my presales ?'s within minutes and I search this board and others and could not find a negative post about his company. If I had my pick from beginning again. it would hard to choose between dathorn or vshosting.net

I signed up and still my tech support ?'s are answered within no more than 15 minutes topsat vshosting. Their board is helpful and its a shame you cant see all of it.

I stand behind both companies alot. I too have others I am thinking about such as

citadelhost
hybridnetwork
noc24
crediblehost
clook

Believe me, I rather them spend time and money on hosting, not hosting design

i also recommend whmautopilot, as Brandee is just as knock up on support as Andrew and Mark

That and the fact that it is against forum rules. :) Don't take this the wrong way at all, but you might just want to brush up on the rules to help you out a bit. ;)

Good thing you've chosen your host so wisely. Maybe if you were to listen to reason, your site would be up right now and you wouldn't be 'losing customers' and begging people to join you in the lounge.
