Server with Burst......
Right now 75% of tech support emails are about Frontpage extensions not working. I've searched at cpanel.net and many users are having similiar problems. I email Burst and they want an example domain having the problem which irritates me more because obviously they must know there is a problem because too many other people are having problems.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Bascially I can reinstall extensions and in a day or two they stop working and user gets a message saying they are not installed.

You'd better to try it by your self.
Perhaps your customer just a newbie to FP and once they could not upload with it, they just simply blame you.

Thank you for your suggestion.... but as I mentioned... 75% of my support email is about this problem, so that means it's not a single customer. I have 7-9 customers a day (still a small business... just a couple of hundred clients) that email with frontpage problems.

I know WMH doesn't install the frontpage properly. Often I receive complaints that subweb doesn't work. You have to manually fix up the problem. But sometimes frontpage extension can get corrupted. Just got to deal with it.

I was on the phone with Burst as you typed this reply to me :)
Nick found the problem.. or this latest problem rather... I had apache/php recompiled a few days ago because png support wasn't compiled in originally, and Nick told me if I didn't request FP support to be recompiled back in they leave it out. I thought that was strange as I didn't think it was hard to notice the dozens of accounts that currently had FP ext. installed.
But all is well. He is fixing the prob. as I type this.
Might as well give a Burst shout out as I do all the time. They are great. I definately made the right decision to go with them.
