As I'm relatively new, I thought their basic reseller plan was good for me. I did a few checks - it appeared the company had been around for quite a while, and were hosted on EV1, so seemed all good. I payed up + setup, and within 12 hours my account had been setup and everything was go. UNTIL...
I tried using their features that they advertised
Webmail - did not even work, would reject all login attemps
Email through POP was so slow that in many instances it timed out, leaving my only option to use "catch all" forwarding. It would take on average 2-3 days for an email to be sent. Test email I sent took upto 4 days to arrive
WebStatics - another advertised feature, that was disabled by the admin, and did not work at all
SENDMAIL was down, with no attempt to get it working again
General Downtime, I had many complaints that the site was down many many times, after a 99.6% uptime was guaranteed.
And lastly the SUPPORT. They claim of 24/7 support, but not ONE email has been answered as of yet. I sent countless emails asking for them to get their services they advertised working, but all email was ignored. Searching on Google has now shown me many past customers had the same problem. How am I meant to cancel the account? etc without ANY SUPPORT? They were very quick to get in contact once they had got my money, but after than there has been no contact.
