I have a client whos domain is registered with network solutions, however when he trys to change the DNS servers to us its giving an error that our nameservers are not registered.

Will i - the host need to fill out some sort of form with netsol to sort out the domain issues?

Did you make sure he is using the right nameservers?
Did you check that your nameservers resolve on your server.

You're not the only ones. We've had a few problems with that and some of our resellers lately. Even though nameservers are working fine with the other registrars and in the general database, NetSol is not adding them to their database and refuses to do so unless domains are transferred to them. That will not happen.
