Hi,
ReflexHost require a 468:60 ad banner to be designed for us.
In return for this, we can offer the designer 1 year's hosting on our standard package (http://www.reflexhost.net/hosting.htm).
We are looking for a professionally designed banner, that is of a high quality, and of a small size (- 15k). There will be some basic animation required too. We are able to provide images that will give you an idea of what we require.
