I can give you a SMALL web account on our server if you just want to do some testing.

Why not just download apache win32, php , and/or mySQL on your own computer and test it from there? That's what I would do.

Download Apache Here (http://httpd.apache.org/dist/)

Download PHP Here (http://www.php.net/downloads.php)

Download mySQL Here (http://www.mysql.com/downloads/index.html)

You don't need a domain name to install apache, php or mysql on your computer..you can use your ip address or computer name.

You could also (if you wanted to access it by a domain name) use dns2go.com or something if you're on dialup or you have a dynamic IP address.
