Hey. I just finished designing a website with ultradev and uses Access 2000 and ASP pages. Don't want to pay $50 set-up fee. Don't mind paying around $20.

I've narrowed down my options to HOSTWAY and NTIDESIGN but for an amateur I thought that was steep prices.
