I'm looking for some kind of complete server database application that can handle stats, passwords, mail. Also, it should be able to be accessed and configured EASILY using a regular browser (I truly am a newbie).
My webhost runs on Intel Linux and supports all kind of script languages.
Any suggestion HIGHLY appreciated.

I don't think that there is anything that 'complete'
A standard RedHat server installation should provide you with 90% of what you need.

Webmin would be a reasonable package to allow you to control everything once the servers running. (There are better packages but that's the one that'll get you running)
