I bought this nifty tool from softnic.com called Domain Name Analyzer Pro. With that, I have found many 3 character .net domains. All that I have found so far have numbers in it, and one I am thinking about registering has the characters "3k" together. Do you think if I buy this I can sell it for like at least $80 maybe?

i may be wrong but i dont think a 3 letter .net domain name with a number would be worth a lot. I know a three letter .com name can fetch over a thousand dollars, but not if it includes a number.

I recently inquired about a 2 letter .net domain name with a number and a letter and the asking price was $4,000 so perhaps they may be worth something in the future.

Honestly, if people are willing to pay $200 for a link on eBay for where to buy something for $350 (past discussion here), then I'd think you'd find a buyer on eBay for a domain like that for $80.
