Complete with electrified toilet seats. One wrong move while taking a wizz, and you're a goner.

I'd just like to comment that there have been a number of nuke silos sold in the last 15 years, I saw one about 4 months ago on HGTV that they had been remodeling for 3-4 years, it was NICE. They got it for less than 1 million initially, and have spent some 300k on it since, but it is certainly one of a kind. It was in Colorado I believe.

Wow, I've always wanted to live subterranean. No, that wasn't a joke. I wonder if the silos would really hold that much water for a diving tank. You could certainly do some crazy things. I wonder how much it costs to drill a seven hundred foot deep well?

I think we as humans should dig into the earth and leave the surface back to nature.. sure would help protect us if those aliens ever did decide to come to earth...

I live in SW Missouri.. And there are old silos up and down 71 Highway...

I happened to know a guy that bought one that was flooded so we went exploring... I think since he's pumped it... For storage and stuff..

I wouldn't do it in the winter.. Gets a bit chilly :D
