I know I am speaking out of self interest but I must say hiring a web design company over a single freelancer only guarentees a higher price not higher quality.

I have done freelance work for an estalished web design company where I live , I basically people where paying for "a company" when the reality of it is a "one one routine" was doing the actual work.

I mean you are looking for design work not n-tiered government level sercurity web appliactions right?
