This is on an Apache based server

I need some help. I've recently put my website on online at:

www.digitalarenas.com

I've gone into my servers web based Control Panel(which, judging by the graphics is called, CPanel3) and setup the subdomain:

deathcow.digitalarenas.com

and his current site is at:

www.deathcow.50megs.com

What I want to do is allow a user(Deathcow) to upload only to areas pertaining to his own site, which will be at the subdomain. My question is, what is the best way to set this up for him. I'm interested in:

a)Setting up FTP access for him
b)Setting up FTP anonymous downloads
c)Allowing him to track his stats, I'm assuming this will have to be a 3rd party web based program
d)Web based downloads, if possible to keep it separate from mine

I'm doing this for free(well, in exchange for some graphics, but otherwise...). but I'd really like to make it as comfortable/easy as possible for him and others I plan to host.

If anyone can post a short tutorial on how to accomplish this, I'd appreciate it, as it is something I plan to do more of in the future.

Thanks

a)Setting up FTP access for him

Looks like you've got this set up, the only thing that might be stopping you is is ftp account name's first letter is capital "D" (I Spy ;) )

b)Setting up FTP anonymous downloads

Checking...

c)Allowing him to track his stats, I'm assuming this will have to be a 3rd party web based program

Simple hit counting can be done by a variety of web-bugs. try http://directory.google.com/Top/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Authoring/Web_Counters/

d)Web based downloads, if possible to keep it separate from mine

Not sure exactly what you're after here, anything he uploads that he doesn't put in the cgi-bin/ folder should be web-downloadable.
