Hi, I did a search and couldn't find the answer. I'm a little stuck trying to setup Ticketsmith.

I have completed down to step 7 of the instructions. I skipped #8 (setup staff) and plan to do that
once I get the system online. What I don't understand is step 9. Basically, I've uploaded all the
files, put gateway.pl in a non-web directory. I'm on a server with sendmail, what exactly do I need
to do? Go to /etc/aliases and insert the support line or the thing above it (which I have no idea
how to configure the MTA).

Any suggestions? I think this is the last step as I have the database setup and the files loaded.
