I'm with them and experiencing down time now. several hours already. Can't get to their website either.

What's the relationship between TekAdvantage and HostingMatters?

We have TekAdvantage.org (which is off network) as an emergency site, which was updated during these problems.

Compensation has been announced and that info is available in our forums ;)

As for the relationship between us and HM. They are our upsteream/server provider, which we were reffered to when we contacted peak10 directly ;)
