I want to make a duplicate copy of a site on a second linux server. The mget command in FTP does not appear to work for subdirectories. I cannot tar the site because there is not space on the server for the tar file (I do not want to destroy the original).

I am looking for a new FTP application that will allow me to move subdirectories. The server which will run the application is Linux with Apache. Does anyone have a recommendation?
