Looking for offers on a template site. It is getting about 40 unique a day from various sources. Currently has about 40 templates plus some software. All will be included. I was going to use it in conjuction with my hosting company, but some bills have come up and need to get rid of somethings. The site is templatetown.net if anyone is interested. Sales are a bit low. How much are you asking for it ?

I would like to get atleast $300 for it. Considering it has almost 40 templates (even if you figure at 10 a template) and the shopping cart price ($185) that should be reasonable.

I am open to offers though, and will most likely make a decision this weekend.
