i have contact the datacenter about this ip

1, 63.246.13.100, mail.vacationpro2004.us (dead)


and he have terminate the account but still now we are on the
blocklist, Spews have lock all the class ip 63.246.13.xx so we can't
send email, how much take to be remove from blocklist?

When will people learn... Spews removes blocks at their own leasure, when they feel like it - Theres no way to tell. Spews is shady, unlike sites like Spamhaus who can actually be contacted directly.

If its marked "dead" but still listed, it probably means SPEWS is waiting to make sure the problem is taken care of (i.e. no more activity from that IP). No idea how long it takes them to drop it.
