After the disk wipe out incident
the disk wipe out incident (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=11728) , we sent out several emails to request to cancel our account, we had already moved our server to another host. We also requested refund of the initial deposit for the last month. We received no replies, and dialtone internet continue to charge our credit card.

We disputed the charges with the credit card company, dialtone internet's response was a copy of their SLA and a statement "Our mutual customer did not send any written notice to us at the begining of April so we will not charge him for May".

The amount DI has ripped us off by this? 3 months of fees,
April, May + the initial deposit.

OK, the people of DI, you have destroyed our data and ripped us off multiple times, , we made a big mistake by signing your bloody one year contract, I guess you people are laughing out loud.

Sorry to hear,

I have many servers with DI and am very happy with their service. Sometimes I have some problems but I always call up my sales rep so he can fix my problems with billing/service etc. . . If not, contact the CEO by emailing him and I bet you will get a response, i've emailed him several times and got a response to some conserns.
