I'm selling my website hosting business. I have talked to some business people that work with someone I know from the FAA and they did the formula's and what not and stated the value of this business I currently own is at least $12,000
It is run on a dedicated server. If you want more details or want the numbers of how much it makes each month please e-mail me at sales@plusonehost.com of course I am not excpecting to sell it for $12,000.
I am taking the best offer or best deal for it.

With only 60 accounts your not going to get anywhere near 12,000........
A business value is based on various things.
1) How long have you been in business
2) How recognizable is your company name
3) How many customers do you have
4) Whats your monthly profit after expenses.
By estimation your probabbly only turning $1000 a month or less....... With the low customer # I would probabbly only evaluate you for about a 4x monthly revenue sale....
So the most i could see someone paying assuming my numbers are fairly accurate is maybe $4000 or so... but even that is on the high side .. small companies just don't sell for much these days.... they need name recognition, a good steady growth or showing signs of strong growth potential and more than 60 clients :-/

actually I wasn't excpecting anywhere near 12,000 and I mentioned that. also this is the formula on how the people that really do this type of stuff for businesses gave me
yearly gross income X 2 = value ( it was something similuar to that)
anyways I am not excpecting 12,000 at all. and that value is actually low because I gave them real low under estimates.
