I know a month isn't a very long time, but I have nothing but good things to say about them. I've emailed their support several times, and always got an answer very fast, usually within minutes. On one occasion I asked a very non-urgent question at something like 3:00 am EST and even then I got a response right away. Their customer service is very courteous and professional. I was hosted with Site5 for year and found their service to be just excellent. Most of my support questions were responded to within a few minutes to a couple of hours at most. This includes weekday afternoons/evenings and also weekends. Personally, I don't really care if a host offers 24/7 live phone support, as most technical issues are better delt with online anyways.
