I am trying to add some files to the directory sites/home/web on my raq4 but each time I get permission denied !

How can I do this using ftp or do I have to do this using telnet?
The admin username lets me see all the server but not change anything!!!

Login to ftp as Admin and not a standar user.

You can only access sites/home/web with the admin but the admin doesnt seem to have the permissions to delete or create a file !

Well, this domain is set up on the server as a virtual site. I'd create a siteadmin in that virtual site and upload through this.
