View Full Version : Site Change Function test and review
Our web designer made some significant changes to the site. Mainly in the packages page. The test site is http://o-d-e.com . If you could, I would appreciate a functional review before we post the changes to our regular site. Thanks.
Hey John, I like it way better than the old page.
Looking good. :homer:
CFoxHost 09-18-2000, 12:32 AM Nice! The pop up windows for descriptions in the packages pages are a little too small though, requiring a horizontal scrollbar.
cfox, what resolution, PC platform and browser are you using? Thanks
CRego3D 09-18-2000, 12:39 AM Ode, that's allot better than before, I remeber visiting your site before and I wasn't too impressed with the Vertical text, nice work.
Good work again John, everything seems to be in fine working order and it looks great! Couldn't find much to complain about on my Netsheep... err.. Netscape 4.73...
Does anyone have a STABLE netscape running?
I have never seen one. :)
Thanks for checking it out. We went ahead and posted the changes to odenet.net.
CFoxHost 09-18-2000, 01:24 PM I don't think the resolution is an issue since the pop up window is far smaller then the screen. I am at 1024x768, 16 bit color, IE 5, PC, Win98.
Sure Enough. I get a horizontal scroll on a PC IE 5 but not on a MAC IE 5. It seems that all of the pop up windows need to be a little wider. Thanks CFoxHost
Learner 09-18-2000, 05:32 PM John, that was quite a comprehensive change. Excellent!!!
Your website is now near perfect as can be!!! I also notice that you have redone your textual content. The change you have made to your textual presentation is also much better and more impactful than before!!!
By the way, the Jaunarajs deserve another big pat on the back :)

Thanks Azhar, Your review of our web site had a lot to do with the changes. I can't thank you enough.
I will be sure to pass on the compliments to Janis and Arta Jaunarajs.
Learner 09-18-2000, 05:53 PM You are welcome, John.

Jag, I wish I could say no :D But my Netscape 4.75 at home runs very smoothly on Win95 and hasn't (as of yet) crashed. Of course, now that I've said it, I'm pretty sure it will crash in the next week or two ;)
I have yet to see one not crash, but havent played on win95 in some time :)
