I have a small biz web site - domain registered with Stargate, hosted by Add Action.
At least one associate from another domain is unable to send me e-mails. They receive the following error:
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.
<server.REMTECINC.COM #5.5.0 smtp;550 Invalid domain remtecinc.com>
My domain is www.advpkgassoc.com; error occurs regardless of e-mail address.
When I ask AddAction for help, they tell me the difficulty is at the sender's end; when my associate asks their host for help, they are told it is my issue, and so it goes...
Suggestions?
