While I've been working with some foreigners to subcontract or part out design/coding there hard to communicate with slow to respond and take about a month to get something done.. + they seemed to reject the idea of a monthly contract design work..

First off let me tell you I'm a big believer in long term solutions and so this is why I am a big CMS advocate and other open source software..

Here's my idea for a contract

$150 Monthly
- 10-15 Hours Code/Design work a month

Specifically
- Postnuke themes and modules
- OsCommerce themes and modules
- SEO Possible
- Any and all modules designed become my property for me to do with as I choose (mostly choose to give back)
- Orginal Images/files in there format

I have projects that our sure to keep you buys for a minuimin of 1 year and I would be willing to commit to that term.. in addition I may subcontract out to you design work for 3rd party's so it's a win-win situation

I'm am not one of those sales that trust souly in your judgment I am informed.. and I know what I want.. to get me you going; you have to show me what you have.. so if you can provide url's to your modules, seo or designs that helps.. if you can do instant demo work even better..

Once this contract is going I am likely to want oscommerce modules developed almost immediately and or possibly installed

Discount PC is my more profitable business it is intown denver and because as I said above all I believe in long term solutions and development with software that is long term.. I want to run a online ordering and billing service and essentially since Oscommerce is ecommerce it will be a bit of a conversion process to turn into a custom billing/notes system in addition to it's current function

Likely 80%-90% of all modules developed will be turned over to the open source community the author will be allowed to take claim on them (information) but I will retain ownership where desired.. so in essence you will be paid to develop modules and in addition to that likely if it's a lot of modules there will need to be a site to share them and relate progress what not

So there is a small brief nutshell of my vision and the job ahead of you should you choose to undertake it with me..

I would prefer to pay by paypal (if not check, money order, cash if local) In addition setting a past hours rate may apply in case I need to get something done without waiting for the next month.. I would also prefer to pay after the first month if only to keep you the worker motivated ;)

This will not be a easy job but it will be rewarding on multiple levels :)
