Why is it that on almost 95% of the "tech support" related advertisements (php live support software banner, random webhosting customer support banner, etc.) , you always see a pretty looking lady with head phones and mic; but when you actually get the tech support software or go to the customer support, it's typically a male typing away at mad speed on their keyboard?

Shouldn't that be considered as false advertisement?

I dont think they would waste a tech support guy at it. Probably you are getting pretyped ready answers from a knowledge base monitored by a support lady.
