Hello.
I'm working on a standard welcome email for new dedicated server customers.
I've got the important info such as:
Server hostname
Server password
Server Ip(s)
Server Specs
Server OS
Some very limited support contact information
What else would you recommend I include?
If some of you would not mind sharing your welcome emails that would be very helpful.
Regards,
Thomas Currie

Means of support, nameservers for transfers, link to knowledgebase perhaps, and that should sum it up.

I don't think server specs and OS would be very important for customers *after* they signed up. I also think password should not be included in the welcome email unless it's auto generated and customers were not given a chance to choose their on during the signup procedures.
Welcome email should contain some general information that you think your customers need it to get started using your service.
Username
Hostname
IP Address
Mail Server
FTP Server
Login URL
Support & Helpdesk URL
FAQ URL
Phone and Fax Number
If you will,
Payment Information
Billing Info Update Information
Name appears on Statement
When customer will be billed again
How much.
Plan details.

Also include where to upload, and how the index should be.. not INDEX, but index.html/index.html and to upload to the public_html folder (or whichever folder). Specify that they can also access their email from a web based email @ blah blah.

Here's a tool that might come in handy once you've put the content together:

There very nice of you to write a generator. :)
While you are here, I think you should modify your signature so that:
