Is it just me or are there a bunch of topics today in the main forum where people are flamming each other?

I know there are things that go on from time to time, but every other post seems to include someone flamming some else's opinion. Some of it is probably deserved ;) but still it's strange how many cases just today.

Anyone else see this?

It's fall, almost winter. What can I say people get grumpy when it's cold and nasty.

Dude, I think its the moon too... let's send a few nukes and blow up the moon, then we'll all be happy ^_^

oh, wait, no didn't Russians tried to do that a while ago? Let's not steal their idea and ignore the moon for now then :emlaugh:

I am of the opinion that it is the same people laying in wait for a forum rival to post and then zoom in....I think some of them need a break from WHT

I'm starting to agree with you anon. It seems to almost like the same guys in every thread going at it. I mean the thread(s) will end up 4 pages long with arguing between 1-4 people.

Everybody needs a break.

Maybe someone could write a hack that auto-bans everyone for four days out of every sixty or so.

It's not the moon, it's solar flares.

I have to admit I have been guilty of this myself, except the laying in wait. I am an opinionated person and don't exactly go looking for a fight, I just express my opinions in a firm tone :D

It's either the same people bashing the same hosts*
or the same people bashing all the hosts*

The basher is usually another host*
or just a person who had some history with the host before*

The main thing I've noticed over the past couple of days is new members replying to threads directing others to their site... and blame the moon because these replies are going un-noticed.

Can't blame the moon for that, I blame the people who see them and don't report them ;)

Talking about threads in general... daily I reply to numerous threads but instead of clicking "submit reply," I click on that little "X" located at the top right of my browser :D
