I was trying for wholenight but doesn't seem to be work.. :( Does cPanel support this function? If it's not, is there anyway to do something "similar"? Add the A entry to the zone file, add the apache virtualhost entry, add the entry to the cpanel user file, and add the sub to /etc/localdomains. That kills Apache from recognizing subdomains. The only way to be able to add sub-domains to an add-on domain is to ask your host to manually edit httpd.conf as root and remove the ServerAlias *.addondomain.com entry (making sure that there's still a ServerAlias www.addondomain.com entry).
