I have been using the server for 2 weeks and everything has been perfect speed/performance/support.

Long enough but that is not an issue and don't forget they had a lot of orders.

I have customers from USA, UK, Turkey, Middle East ....etc all of them are happy with the speed.

I may be wrong, but wasn't that special you signed up for, 'for new customers only' ? If so, then I doubt you'll be able to take advantage of a similar special, not to mention that one was a slight disaster and they not offer a special like that in the same way, heh.
