Hello

I know the basic rules on setting up the reseller account through WHM & assign IPs for nameserver stuff.

But here is what I need help with

1. For name-based account. Is it possible for reseller to setup their client's accounts using their IP instead of server default IP.

2. Is there a way to allocate a block of IPs for each reseller to creat IP-based accounts. The IPs will not be shown in the public pool.

If someone could help me out. I would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

As far as I know, 2x no, but I am not WHM guru.

I doubt you can.
I don't think WHM has this feature setup.

I may not be reading you correctly but:
In general you can access a shared IP account with:
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/~username
Note that username is not the domain name but the system username.

And if your hosting company and your client are on the same server you can generally:
http://myhostingco.com/~clientusername
