We are looking to replace our current webmaster. We are only able to pay in free hosting (shared), but the majority of our website is built. As you can see (www.uphost.net)

This webmaster will need to have the following qualifications:

1. Flash (in case we want to change our front page flash design)
2. Dreamweaver. We would like our site published with dreamweaver.
