I have a question.

What do you do when someone clones your website to to a t and has it online? (Makes it a lot uglier by putting their logo & colours.)

Mind you, I've changed my design several times since I've had that old design.

How did I find out about this site?

well, I went to google and typed @awsonline.net (one of my domains.)

And this site showed up, so I went.

http://www.chotika-hosting.com/aup.php

And I noticed that the site is identical. (A lot uglier now.) As they have no sense of colour coordination.

If you search for billing@awsonline.net, you'd find it in their AUP. by CANCELLATION.

Mind you, the AUP is not mine. It was created by someone else, but I asked for permission to use it, about 12-16 months ago, and they gave me permission. I did not rip off their design like this guy.

What should I do? I honestly don't care...But I find it quite funny though.

This guy is from Malaysia.

You could simply send him an email stating that he is in copyright violation and that you would like him to stop.

Side note >>> when looking at your site, I could not find your AUP/TOS, and your ORDER NOW links are all broken :(

Good luck.
