well makes me wonder if a bunch of people got in a common mailing list together and when we see a site that is copied
folllow a procedure we give the person who is being accused time to respond if they do not respond in a certain time or give good cause of who what why
sometimes it can be the accuser is guilty or a thief sold the legit hoster a design
but if they accused does not respond we just all email him asking him to explain
say

" I was interested in your hosting plans but I see your site looks like brand X site
I have also sent them this same email and am very curious if you can explain this "

would be interesting if you could get at least 500 people on this list what the person would do when faced with tis kind of response.
if they were a jerk back say
thank you for your sresponse I have posted it here "link"
and forwarded it to all my friends as a business to avoid and also reported you to blah blah
???
OK might be chilidish but any other thoughts ???
maybe start up a board ???
and post our findings there ???

You know the site http://www.coolhomepages.com/ ? Maybe start something like that, but always showing a screenshot of the original design and of the stolen design wouldn't be a bad idea. :cartman:
