I think Jolly is speaking from a buyer's point of view meaning, if you post a request for a package you'll get a better deal than if you try to get something on ebay. Somewhat of a tangent of this offer.
I find hosting package eBay auctions interesting, if nothing else. I don't mean that as a dig, just not something I would have thought of if I hadn't seen a few times already.
