Ok, I need someone who is a verified Paypal member to handle all money coming into Risata Hosting, after you receive the money, you send it to my paypal account, I count all money taken in and send you back 10% of the total. Basically, this means that if somone order a $20 hosting plan from us they make the subscription with you account, then you foward the money once a month to us and we send you back $2 for that plan purchased.
Please PM me or contact me using one of the following if you can help us out:

Why couldn't you use a PayPal account of your own?

I would say he might be some person living overseas that for some reason could not get a paypal account but with a NY rr email sort of blows that one out of the water.
If anybody does do this be very careful, makes you wonder why this guy does not have a bank account or something he could not verify his paypal account with. Maybe he is also just trying to hide his identify and frame somebody else.
*shrugs* well just sounds really wierd.

verified paypal accounts takes tax. so refunding that little sometimes might not even cover the tax.

What about chargebacks and fraudlent purchases? I think that money receiver would end up with the loss. Overall this seems like money laundering.

Actually paypal can freeze the account if they found out. And if any fraud/suspecious transactions take place, his being under age will not help his stance.

Also of note:
You agree that you will not receive interest or other earnings on the funds that PayPal handles as your agent. PayPal will also not receive interest on those funds, but may receive a reduction in fees or expenses charged for banking services by the banks that hold your funds.
I believe this section identifies transferring money to another account in return for an earning(10%) also illegal by paypal terms.
