I am looking for people that were also frauded by them in order to file a joint lawsuit and also to be witness for my complaint at the FBI. I just called them and informed them about the situation.

I signed up with HostPRO some half year ago. Beeing unsatisfied with their high prices I cancelled my account and left. They kept on billing me for another account (not the one I had) and 2 weeks ago the EMPTIED my credit card.

What do you mean they "emptied" your cc? How much did they charge?

You can always do a chargeback and they'll reverse the charges.

Request a chargeback from your CC company. They will reverse the money back to you. Clients always win.........and winning is certain if you can provide proof as well.

I agree with the other two responses. Do a chargeback but don't forget to have your credit card company issue you another card. By doing this the number on it will change and thus, they won't be able to charge to you again. Also, make sure to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in whichever state they are located in (assuming they are in the U.S.)
