Hello
I am new here and I hope you can help me . I am looking for a programmer to add a CMS system to a charity website I am the webmaster for. We need to keep the site looking the same but need a good CMS system so others can add content to the website. It must be able to craete new links in the navigation menu.
Being a charity funds are not great so I am looking for people with a good heart who will do this for their minimum price or free (which would be a blessing)
Also need a script put on a site the script is called Mailman and can be viewed here http://www.list.org/ again this should not be that hard for a good programmer to install I have about $20 for this.
