I would like to know who your clients would most rather have thier traffic travel over? How many router hops are too many? How much latency is cumbersome.

Would you rather pay more for a tier one provider or go with a company like, COGENT who offers a meg for $10.00?

Do you think that dedicated bandwidth is a better deal than monthly GB transfer rates?

What do you think about muti-peer IP providers?

Would you pay more???
