has any one else had any experiences with WEBFUSION and their reseller service?

i have my own opinions, i have found them VERY disappointing in coming back from a pre-sales point of view, but i want to hear what others have to say about them.

All I know about WEBFUSION is that they are a UK hosting provider and I cam to know them through TopHost.Com but I have personally never heard anything about them. Your best bet would be to search these forums and if you are lucky you might be able to pull out something :)
