If I use my name servers info from my dedicated servers to furnish to domain registrars when I register domain names, does it create any load or problems with my server?

I am not going to set up accounts for these domains, not even place holder pages, just furnish the ns1 and ns2 info to the registrar when the names are registered. However there will be hundreds of them.

Well, just a query on the nameserver when anyone tries to load up the domain, but other than that, *minimal* load compared to actually serving pages.
