They make the software, available only on servers leased through them (at a hefty price), no colo, no external license.

not sure if this is correct or not but I heard a rumor a while back (on this board I think) that Alabanza's panel started life as WebMin. It was developed and altered until it finally became what you see today.
I wish they would release that panel. Between using that one and having used CPanel before I have to say C-Panel is a nasty piece of work compared to the Alabanza one. I was quite suprised at the level of quirks and flat out errors CPanel gave me after using Ala's. It might not be the most up to date or fancy panel out there, but it does it's job, and does it well.
I suppose if they did release it they could kiss their server business goodbye considering their pricing though :)

Yes, it is defanately alabanza's control panel. Just custom images that you can put in now if you take the time to do it. Gives it a much nicer look than the stock version.
However, for those of you that are wondering... I have been told that there is a possibility of alabanza making their control panel available to others... I have no info on the time frame, and could just imagine that if they do,,, it will be verry costly. Just my guess, but if they could just make a bug free version, then market it, it would surely be worth its wieght in gold to them.
Perhaps they will, some day... Until we hear it from them directly , I guess it is all just rumors.
