I have a domain that will expire tom, oct 14. This domain have a nameservers with several websites pointed to this ns.

I requested for the transfer last month and the domain registrar at last approved the transfer today (I sent several at least twice a week).

What will happen? I already informed my new registrar that the transfer was already approved.

If it is the old registrar's fault try and make them renew it for free temporrarily and then I think they can authorise the transfer it and get their money back from ICANN (if they are willing to do that) .

The other alternative would be for you to renew it at the current registrar and then transfer it to the new and get an extra year (this is the simplest, preffered and less hassle way of doing it).

It will still work after it expires for about 30 or so days.
