1. Property rental script (version 2.0.).
Main features.
- multiple language support (actually we have english, french and german)
- customizable taxes for each listed item
- multiple booking
- daily or weekly rental for each property
- custom fields for each property
- administration area, user(property owner) area and visitor area.
- simple and advanced search
Brief summary of the administration section.
- add/modify/delete properties (including images), define the reservation CALENDAR
- set the display type for the client area (how many properties per page, one or two columns)
- manage all reservations (approved and not approved by the admin)
- setup the currency and the site language (through the language file)
- define multiple language display for the client area;
- define different prices for the same property (normal, high, low season and more...)
- define applicable taxes (for each property)
- define discounts at property level.
- activate deactivate property listing
- activate/deactivate users (property owners)
User Area.
Manage all listings and reservations. Similar to the administrative interface but limited only to properties owned by the user.
The Visitor area shows the properties, allows an advanced multi-criteria search (availability period, bedroom number, location, amenities available, etc) and also the booking through a simple and intuitive calendar. Version 2.0 allows definition of daily or weekly booking.
Languages available: English, French, German.

The script is customizable via a header & footer.html file and a stylesheet.
The licensing structure depends on the number of properties you want listed, it is on a per domain basis and the prices are:
- $49 for one property license
- $99 for upto 10 properties license
- $149 for unlimited properties license
